We want to make your stay in our apartments as comfortable as possible. Please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do whatever we need to do to accommodate you.

You will have access to your apartment, pool, pool area, and rooftop (please be cautious as you admire the gorgeous views).

Wireless internet is included.

We refresh sheets weekly and towels every few days. Let us know if you need fresh linens sooner than scheduled.

We have three housekeeping options. If you desire, we can provide daily housekeeping for a nominal fee. For long term stays, we can help you arrange for a trusted local housekeeper to clean your apartment. This service is very reasonably priced and presents you with the opportunity to meet townspeople. Most frequently, we provide basic cleaning items (bucket, mop, broom, towels) for you at no additional cost. We always take care of all outside areas, but, unless you prefer otherwise, we keep your home private for you.

Due to the high cost of electricity in Mexico, conservation is asked of all guests, including turning off non-essential electrical appliances. Each apartment has strategically placed windows that encourage a refreshing cross breeze. Should you require cooler temperatures, air conditioning (completely unnecessary in the winter and spring) is available in the bedroom for an additional charge. We ask that doors and windows are closed at all times when air conditioning is in use and that it be limited to sleeping times. We have provided a pool to seek relief from the heat of the day should it be needed. We follow all these practices ourselves and we are quite comfortable here.

We run a restaurant in the apartment compound, and we’d love to have you join us there for meals.
